Col. George London
President - CFI/CFII/AGI/IGI/MEI
Colonel London is a former test pilot instructor at the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School (TPS) at Edwards Air Force Base in California. During his career he flew over 51 different aircraft, was instructor on five and was the Chief Air Force test pilot on the C-17 program. Several of his students went on the fly the Space Shuttle!
George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina A&T, and a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT).
Clarence Garden
Chief Flight Instructor - CFI/CFII/AGI
Loved by students and staff alike, Clarence Garden brings years of knowledge, enthusiasm and joy to Columbia Training Center. Clarence is an Alabama State graduate and currently works as a BE400 First Officer for a corporate company. As our Chief Flight Instructor, he has been an invaluable member of the team.
David Dorsey

Energetic and driven, we were thrilled when David joined CTC as a full time Flight Instructor. A DMV native and Hampton University alum, David is always excited to take on new students and help foster the next generation of pilots!
Alex Remy
Flight Instructor - CFI
A DMV native and aviation enthusiast, Alex Remy is a University of Central Florida alum and trained here at CTC under Clarence Garden from June 2022 through August 2022, receiving his CFI certificate at the end of August. Alex now serves as one of our full time Flight Instructors, ready and willing to help students earn their ratings in the most fun and safe way possible!
Amina Jackson
Flight Instructor - CFI
A Chicago native, Amina joined the CTC team in April of 2023. She decided to become a pilot while in high school and has since found a passion in exposing youth to the world of aviation.
